Stone covered by the 1861-2 works, as recorded by the Vicar of the time. In north west corner of nave, close in corner, is the following:

In memory of Samuel HUNT of this parish, gent, who
died December 22nd 1783 aged 64 years.
Also Ann his wife, who died May 26 1778 aged
64 years. Also Ann their daughter who died March
18 1774 aged 21 years.
Left issue one son, Samuel. Also Deborah, daughter
of Samuel and Elizabeth Hunt. She died October
1 1781 aged six months. Likewise Elizabeth
their daughter died February 8 1785 aged seven months.
