A tall stone with a round top flanked by two smaller rounds, the surface badly weathered:
Erected to the memory of John DUNGEY, late of Maidstone, who departed this life July 8th 1831 aged 63 years. Also Ann, wife of the above, who departed this life January 28th 1830 aged 60 years. "And as it is appointed unto Men once to die, but after this the Judgement". This stone was erected by order of his sole executor, Mr John KIRBY of Maidstone, victualler.
