A tall stone, well preserved, with peon top and decorated shoulders; a deeply incised convex oval above the MI contains the first three words:

memory
of
John RICHARDSON
of Sarnden Farm
in this parish,
who died Novr 5th 1846
in the 82nd year of his age.
Also Philadelphia, wife
of the above, who died Novr 6th
1843 in the 70th year of her age,
leaving 6 sons and 5 daughters,
(viz) Philadelphia, Mary,
John, Sarah, Hannah,
Thomas, Mercy, James,
William, George and Francis.
