A tall stone with a round top flanked by two smaller rounds, its surface in good condition; the first word in decorative script above plain Roman capitals:
this stone are deposited the remains of John Samuel LAZONBY esq. who died a bachelor Nov 3rd 1835, to whose memory a tablet has been kindly erected in this church by his friends and neighbours.
