Double headstone with round tops checked above scotia shoulders standing not far out of the ground, the last three lines being now below ground:
Interred the Body of James BUCKLAND, late of this Parish, Yeoman, who departed this life September the 1st 1772 in the 82 Year of his age. He left Surviving his Affectionate Wife with Six Sons & Two Daughters. Also in Memory of Mary, Wife of the said James Buckland, who departed this life Decr ye 20th 1782. Aged 82 Years.
