A tall substantial stone, but the surface very badly worn and flaking; Haslewood noted 'The head of stone is carved with fantastic figures'. Ogee top with scallops, rosettes on shoulders with scrolls below.

In memory of
Nanne, wife of John HAFFENDEN of this
parish. She died December 7th 1788 aged 23 years.
Left issue one son and two daughters.
