Tall stone with five scallops on top with rosette one each shoulder, decoration above the MI hardly visible but interrupting the first line
In memory of Elizth, wife of Thomas WINTON of this parish, who died June 1st 1801 aged 51 years. Left issue two sons and one daughter, (viz) Thos, John and Charlotte. Afflictions sore long time I bore, Physicians were in vain, Till God did please Death should me seize, And ease me of my pain. Weep not for me, my Children dear, Nor after me repine. Death is a debt we all must pay, But no one knows the sting.
