Tall stone marked by red and yellow lichens, the surface worn but the sharply etched MI visible
to the memory of George COLEBROOK who departed this life May 16th 1853 aged 60 years. He left surviving a widow and four children, viz. George, Mary, Sarah and Harriet. Also of Mary COLEBROOK wife of the above who departed this life March 8th 1865 aged 71 years Also Robert, their son who died at Utica, Oneida, State of New York, America July 26th 1849 aged 32 years.
