Substantial stone, the surface flaking at the top and obscured by lichen but much of the MI still readable
John BUCKLAND of this parish, born September 16th 1797, died October 18th 1860. Left surviving a widow, 1 daughter and 2 sons, (viz) Sarah, William and John-Avery. We trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men. Also of Harriett, wife of the above named John BUCKLAND, who died Novr 16th 1876 aged 76 years.
