Tall stone with oval top, the MI in elegant lettering generously spaced below a carving of a cherubic head surrounded by stylised foliage
John, son of Thos and Sarah ROUST of this parish, who died Septr 23rd 1783 aged 47 years. Near this place lyeth the body of William, son of Thosand Ann Roust. He died Feby 2nd 1791 aged 15 years. All you that come my grave to see, prepare yourselves to follow me. Prepare for death, make no delay, I in decline was snatcht away.
